Channel Talk announced on the 30th that it will provide all Channel Talk features, including the use of Kakao Consultation Talk linkage, completely free of charge to sites with less than 100 visitors per day. Consultation Talk is a service that allows customers to press a button on the website or app to connect to KakaoTalk for 1:1 consultation. If you link Consultation Talk on a site with less than 100 visitors per day, Channel Talk even covers the cost of Consultation Talk, which is a paid service. Channel Talk is the official dealer of Consultation Talk, and by linking the two services, inquiries received through Consultation Talk can also be integrated and managed through Channel Talk. Channel Talk also provides linkage and integration functions with Naver Talk and Line.




The reason Channel Talk provides all functions for free to sites with less than 100 visitors per day is to promote the growth of both first-time business owners and the chat consultation market. The purpose is to help even first-time business owners feel free to use chat counseling, which has become a trend, and to expand the overall market size by creating an environment where anyone can use chat counseling.
